- Provide an Extraordinary Customer Experience by addressing inquiries using a variety of channels (telephone, email, chat, social media, etc.)
- Assists customers in gaining the most value from their MONITOR ERP System.
- Identifies additional opportunities for MONITOR solutions to benefit the customer's business needs.
- Document each customer contact using our support system in a clear, concise, and understandable format. Escalate unresolved customer issues with all pertinent information included, to appropriate resources.
- Degree holder with manufacturing and finalizing account experience.
- Requires strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, and ask meaningful probing questions.
- Must be able to learn and apply system knowledge easily, work within defined policy and procedures, and use standardized tools and technology to perform job functions.
Knowledge in the following will be to your great advantage:
- ERP system
- Inventory and supply chain management
- Accounting (compulsory)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese(Preferable), English
- Proficient in Thai or Vietnamese language will be added advantage.
